Member, Dues Inc.
SEPT 2011 - Retained meeting time and day, change venue to Martins,
approved 50% offset of TM International dues and waiver of local dues,
provide refreshments for Sept 27 contests, approve new member
incentives ($10 to present member; $20 new member offset)
OCT 2011 New member offset of $20 TM fee will go towards 6 month dues
for the following period if the individual has joined
